These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website (aklabs.gr) and applications operated by AK Labs ("we", "us", or "our"), including Agronomeo (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any part of our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

Agronomeo is a farm management platform for the agricultural sector. The platform is available as a web application and a mobile application.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services or related systems.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any harmful code.
  • Collect or harvest personal data of other users without their consent.
  • Use the Services to send unsolicited communications (spam).

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Services — including text, graphics, logos, software, and design — are the property of AK Labs or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Services without our prior written consent.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of any data or content you submit through the Services. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and process it solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Services. We will not share your content with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
  • We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
  • AK Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.
  • Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AK Labs, its operator, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at our discretion, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the Services ceases immediately.
  • We may delete your account data after a reasonable period, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
  • Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect (including liability limitations, indemnification, and governing law).

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thessaloniki, Greece.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
